Parents are valued as the child’s first teacher and our teachers communicate with parents frequently. Parents get involved several ways at the Center they can volunteer either in the classroom, or helping hands with field studies trips or being on our special committees. Parents also share about their own special talent or profession as ways to welcome new families at our family event at school. During the school year, we have several special family events. Parents have the opportunity of sharing with their child the joy of having them there in the classroom sharing breakfast or lunch time together. Caring and Sharing success depends on the partnership of the students, teachers and dedicated parents! Research conclusive that parents who support their child and become actively involved with the educational process help their child achieve at a higher level in school and for life. Caring and Sharing welcome all parent assistances and talents in participation.
